Day 9 .. north of Philippines

Day 8th heading up north to Ilocos

Day 8 Yawnn it's 8am I woke up toooo early breakfast looks like it's ready, Im out of Load on my phone so I can only text everyone. Today we head up north to Ilocos supposely we are doing a show at a new mall looks like we flying out again back to the Cebu Pacific.

7pm:

We arrived in Loag went to the mall visited a few sponsers, this city is pretty cool so far so good looks like the community has alot of support for eachother. The van is waiting outside for us I guess it's showtime.. Peace

Day-7 continue..

Day 7
Got up ate some amazing home cooking breakfeast and lunch 12oclock our driver arrived to pick us up in the g-ride we headed out to cavite for the event driving there too us 3+hours due to some serious traffic, finally got there and was greeted with smiles by cash crew at their studio where the battle was held.. They call it the mansion it's pretty much a old house I guess with a dance studio downstairs and a really nice smooth concrete floor , this is where they practice and party everyday amazinly the naibors across the street are cool with loud music and no one cares Wow..If you ask me they are pretty lucky to have a place like this I wish we had one.

Now on to the battle..
Started of with our judges showcase, Toyz slipped going into a airflair but still killed it did some ninja body funk ended with a 90 lol, then it was me I came out with a fairly new round upsidedown lookback pose ended up with the classic cobra freeze haha, Kev came out footworking ended with a knee hold 90 and Justin hit some switch chair freezes to thread drop.

The battles were great had some really intresting 2on2 the level of dancing has definately gone up since past year I was here in the PI, The two really hype crazy energy guys I forgot their name they were funny as hell to watch and definately deserved the win. Then came the
smoke battle, the line up was nice I was excited to see zero4 since he couldn't make it out to Bacolod. The crowd was great everyone showed mad love for eachother the event had really good vibe it's been a while since I been to a event that everyone seemed like they were having fun, in America you don't see too many laughs or smiles it's all about attitude and crap. Cavite was nice to visit glad we came out there and had a chance to see how bboying is blowing up in another part of the world it's little trips like this that keeps me motivated to dance until my leggs fall off...

After the battle we headed out to this warehouse spot in Makati we met up with Bea and Tolo. The club was huge had a art gallery several bars a good mixture if music and a cool underground artsy crowd, kinda reminded me of downtown Honolulu.. Check out the pics..

day 7.. back in Manila

YES finally back in Manila at the house I'm so happy..
8am it looks like a really nice day outside birds chirping cool breeze, for breakfast we had "sopa" like chicken noodle soup with bread and rice it was really really good nothing like a home cooked meal. Today were off to Cavite for the 2on2 battle I'll keep you guys posted on the event.

Phillipines Unity tour 2010 day 5

Skipping day 4 going onto day-5 blog.. I'm using kev's netbook and it's hella slow takes like 30mins to load 2pics so I'm gonna post as much as I can on this little computer..thing is driving me crazy.

Day 5 Still in Bacolod..things we accomplished.

-Wake up early,, eat breakfeast buffet
-Shopping at the SM mall
-Play Arcade games .10 cents a game!
-Teach Workshop 1 hour long
-Go to the Ruens
-Eat Seafood for dinner
-Party with group 2 in the other room x
-Blog another post
-GO to sleep zzz

Bacolod day 3.. party continues,,,

Day 3 yawnnn,,6am post..

We didn't do much today went to the mall shopping ate some sushi again and watched Iron Man 2 apparently the movie has'nt come out yet in the states but it's released here got YeY, got back to the hotel we practiced again had a little session in the room. Me toyz and kev crashed out early in our room around 11pm. Woke up at at 5am due to Justin sneaking into our room robbing beer out the fridge I was like what the heck omg they are drinking again! looks like we have separated into 2 different groups in 2 rooms so I go over to the other room and there's like a bunch of them in there with girls. Cliffy, Patrick, Justin and Haslah are faded looks like they have been up all night again. I'm not shure if we're gonna get anything done here but ohh well I can't wait to go back to Manila and see my friends. I think it's about time we bounce out this city see you guys later going to breakfeast.. peace

Phillipines Unity tour 2010 day 2

Day 2 of our tour we flew from Manila to Bacolod it was super hot outside! we rode in back of a truck to the hotel. The room was huge! big enough to dance inside, had a small session then off to the mall where Battle Mania was held. We judged and then had a small battle between the PI and US, the battle was ok 10 mins I was'nt really feeling it I was wack but had fun.
