Last but not least lets go back to the gym May 14, 2009. Some of you guys wonder what kind of excercises I do to keep my strength up even though I'm like 85 years old..lol here's a few diffrent kinds of push ups you can try doing after practice to build up those muscles from inside out.. I usually do like 3-4 sets like like this when I'm practicing.. the music ahhahaa have fun!

Ok I'm gonna post a totally diffrent thread, u guys know how crazy I am about cars.
this is a thread about my other hobby..

Well, I think we will start with this video I found on Youtube some time ago. It shows the golden era of the bosozoku gangs in Tokyo during the 80s and 90s with a nice ballad on the background. The bike and cars are crazy this is what you call Bosozoku gangsters! haha..

May11th back to the lab..

Ok it's Sunday back in the gym again trying to create new moves and reconfigure a few sets I get bord doing the same stuff lets cut and paiste some new moves together, freestyling is cool but you gotta have an idea of whats gonna happen before it happens..


My body is like a puzzle sometimes the pieces fit together but not where they are supposed to be. lol..I do what I like to do not what is told to be done my style is what keeps me going. you must find the key before you can create.
